I spent years disconnecting from my body, my intuition, and my emotional truth. I turned to traditional wellness and mental health spaces, but something was always missing.
 
It felt clinical when what I needed was ceremonial.
It felt surface-level when what I craved was ancestral.
It felt individual when what my spirit needed was community.
 
My healing truly began when I returned to practices rooted in:
